By participating in this online auction, you agree to the following terms and condition.
Bidders must be 18 years of age to participate and must create an account through the online auction platform.
All sales are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges. All items are sold 'As is'. No warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied. Photographs are for informational purposes and the auctioneer makes no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied about the accuracy of information. It is our best intention to give accurate information and representation of all products in the catalog, including condition. Measurements are approximate. Payment terms-
All invoices must be paid in full by the end of auction pick up days (when picking up items purchased or beforehand) or within 24 hours after auction closes if your items will be shipped. Accepted payment methods: cash at pick up (please bring exact amount due), credit/debit card (subject to a 3%-3.5% processing fee), venmo (subject to 1.9% fee). No checks accepted. MN Sales tax of 7.37% will be applied unless a valid resell/exemption certificate is on file prior to invoicing. Buyers premium of 10% on all winning bids (unless otherwise noted).
Pickup instructions-
Pick up dates will be Saturday, August 2nd (10am-2pm) and Sunday, August 3rd (12pm-4pm). Appointments are required for pickup and will be set up through Calendly. Address for pick up will be provided on winning bid invoices. Items not picked up within the stated time or without a communicated alternative plan for pickup will be considered abandoned. No refunds will be given for paid but uncollected lots. Remaining items will be considered abandoned and may be resold, discarded or donated.
