Spring is in the air at this lovely Proctor estate sale!
The main floor is filled with a variety of kitchenware, dinnerware, servingware, and unique household items. Great sets of high quality pots and pans. There is decorative crystal, cut to clear Bohemian glass and a darling collection of glass figurines. There’s furniture, a grandfather clock, stained glass lamp, unique art and decor, and many interesting “smalls." You’ll find craft items, a sewing machine and serger (with tons of cones of thread), a doll collection, and a Rug Doctor!
Upstairs you’ll find a unique couch with absolute wow-factor, a filing cabinet, bedroom furniture and linens. There’s an absolute treasure trove of ladies apparel items. The closets are chock full of clothes vintage and new from great brands (many still with tags!). Look through the collection of jewelry and accessories-- there are more shoes, purses, wallets and fashion scarves than you can count. And most notably, there’s a gorgeous collection of furs that have been meticulously cared for over the years and properly stored at USA Foxx and Furs. There are nine full length coats, two jackets, hats, and even boots all in wonderful condition.
Make sure to sneak a peek outside too! Check out the patio set and head to the garage where you’ll find a rock tumbler, air compressor, and a tiller, among the other tools, hardware and lawn/garden items.
