ALL SALES ARE FINAL, no returns. All items sold as is and with no guarantees or warranties. Seller and Grasons Co. are not liable for any damage and or injuries to persons and properties in the home or outside the home. Cash, credit/debit cards only no checks will be accepted.

Entry Order – Sign-Up Sheet Only
We will use a sign-up sheet to determine entry order. The sheet will be available at 8:00 AM the morning of the sale every day.

• One name per line — no holding spots for others
• You must be present when your name is called to enter
• No other “street numbers” or unofficial lists will be honored
• No pricing will be given prior to the sale

Entry to the sale will begin at 9:00 AM, in the order of names on our sheet. Thank you for following our process to keep the sale fair and organized.
