Effective immediately, the following safety protocols and business practices are in use at all our sales:
* Stay home if you feel unwell or if you have had contact with someone with, or suspected of having, COVID-19!
* Masks and social distancing are encouraged, but not required.
* Please use our complimentary hand sanitizer.
* There is no washroom available to the public.
* A wrapping station and supplies are available for your convenience.
* EOV employees are no longer allowed to bag or haul your purchases.
* Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times and they must also wear masks.
* No pets are allowed on the premises except for service animals.
* No food or beverages are allowed.
* Ask any EOV associate for pricing and/or discount information.
* We prosecute shoplifters and put your information on Facebook!
* Social distancing WILL slow down our check out process - please be patient.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover at this sale with proper identification.
There is a $25 service fee for returned checks.
All sales are FINAL!

Twig is a small community in Grand Lake township, St. Louis County, MN. It is about 15 miles Northeast of Duluth, MN. It is in the zip code area of Saginaw MN.

This estate sale is not an auction format. Most things are priced; however, we are happy to discuss offers as well.

Stroll the grounds and garages and inspect the collection of 55 vintage, restored, running John Deere tractors! Need a John Deere part? You’ll likely find it here – there are five aisles of headlights, steering wheels, brakes, clutches, levers, pedals and more, as well as fenders, grills and hoods hanging from the rafters and dozens of tires, rims, wheels, chains and implements laid out on the asphalt. This is an impressive John Deere collection!
We love the 38 vintage pedal tractors displayed on tables throughout the garages! Most are made by Ertl and include John Deere, Farmall, Minneapolis Moline, Agri-King, Agco Allis, Ford, New Holland, Cub Cadet, Case International, Spirit of Cockshutt and International! We’ve stocked an entire room with hundreds of John Deere die cast, scale model toy tractors and other collectibles, too!
Also outdoors or in the garages you find antiques including horse carriages and gear, cream separators, old tools, advertising signs and outdoor Christmas décor.
The in-home part of this estate sale includes collections of US coins, stamps & wildlife art prints, as well as bronze and wood carved sculptures, original oil paintings and print art. We are selling beautiful fine jewelry in gold and silver, as well as fashion jewelry, apparel and accessories. You’ll also find furniture, china, crystal, décor and general household contents.
What could be better? Fabulous northern Minnesota fall weather, strolling a lovely lake estate, mini donuts, heavy equipment for the guys and fine jewelry for the gals! This is an impressive estate!
