ALL ITEMS CAN BE SHIPPED. Unless otherwise noted These Items Can only Be Shipped by FedEx

*For any items requiring more than one person to lift / haul, you are responsible for removal. WE WILL NOT PROVIDE YOU ANY HELP TO LIFT OR HAUL THESE ITEMS. IF HELP IS NEEDED FROM STAFF, THERE WILL BE A REMOVAL FEE.

*BEFORE LEAVING THE PREMISES WITH YOUR ITEMS you are responsible to INSPECT your lots to make sure you have all the correct items. Shipped items are non-refundable.

*Sometimes due to the size of the auction, things do get mixed up. Please make sure what you have is what you bid on. We will not entertain any refunds or bring you items that you missed after the item has left the estate.

Pick up is not inspection time. Please schedule time for inspection.

Please bring someone with you to remove heavy items or multiple items. Please bring tools if required. Team can not help disassemble or move items from auction location.

If you should need an alternative day for pick up, please contact us to arrange pick up time at warehouse. Depending on item we will charge storage fee at our warehouse of $25 for each lot.

We will not hold items for this auction longer than 24hrs.
