Brown Auction has been commissioned by the St. Francis Police Department to liquidate 16 seized cars and trucks. Most were running when they were seized so almost all will have keys. We have posted photos and YouTube videos of most of the vehicles. We will continue to update our website with more details concerning makes, models, years, mileage and known conditions. 

All transfers will be conducted by St. Francis Auto. Approximate cost of fees for transfer, registration, state filing, plate, tax and document processing will be $150. The only exception will be 6.5% sales tax on vehicles that sell for over $2,999 and vehicles that are 2007 and newer.

TERMS: Cash or Credit Cards ONLY. NOTE: Checks will be accepted from established customers of Brown Auction. There is a 4% courtesy fee for credit and debit card purchases. Driver's license will be required to register and obtain a bidding number. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium on all sales. All vehicles will be sold "as is" with no guarantees or warranties.

ANOTHER NOTE: If you are buying a vehicle that won't be able to be driven away GERDIN TOWING will give you a quote to have it towed. Call 763-434-1686 for details. Might be a good idea to have that information before you bid.
