Entry into our store is always at your own risk. Our store is not safe for unaccompanied children; young children need to be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Foxtail Estate Services is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of property.
Disruptive behavior, theft, or tampering with price tags will result in immediate removal and possible legal action.
All items are sold as-is, where-is. No warranties or guarantees are provided, either express or implied.
All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please inspect your items thoroughly prior to purchasing them!
Prices are non-negotiable.
We accept cash or card for payment.
Sales tax will be collected as required by Minnesota law unless you provide a valid resale certificate (you must provide a copy of your ST3/Certificate of Exemption for us to keep on file).
There is a 2.5% fee for card payments.
Items may not be removed from the store until they are paid in full.
Once an item is marked “sold” or paid for, the buyer is responsible for its removal.
Staff are not available to assist with heavy lifting or loading. Please bring your own help and packing materials.
All purchased items must be removed one hour prior to the end of day unless other arrangements are made with management.
Any items not picked up by the end of the day will be forfeited without refund.
Large items may be scheduled for pick-up later the same day or possibly the following day, if arrangements are made in advance.
By entering the property and/or purchasing items at our store, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Foxtail Estate Services for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur on the premises.
Security cameras are always in use.
Photos and/or videos taken inside the store or on store property may be used for promotional purposes.

It’s time to clear the shelves and make room for what’s next at The Fox Den! All Christmas and holiday merchandise is 75% off, and we truly mean it — every ornament, decoration, holiday collectible, and festive find needs to go. We’re clearing out the seasonal décor so we can bring in fresh, unique, and interesting new merchandise - making this weekend the perfect chance to stock up for next year at unbeatable prices.
If you’re already over the holidays, don’t worry - while the holiday items are being cleared out, brand new inventory is still hitting the floor this week. You’ll find a great mix of fresh arrivals including fine gold jewelry, kitchenware, paper ephemera, new furniture, vintage housewares, and fun, funky clothing. As always, our shelves are thoughtfully curated with pieces you won’t find anywhere else!
We are also accepting offers on any merchandise marked with a blue tag, so don’t be shy — if you see something you love, make us an offer at the register! Better yet, make a pile of blue-tagged merchandise so we can give you a bulk price! The more shelves that we empty this weekend = the more shelves we can fill next weekend with fresh, fun, and funky inventory!
And to thank you for braving the cold, we’ll be offering free fresh hot coffee at the door to fuel your shopping experience!
