The property owner, management company, and Foxtail Estate Services are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of property.
Children must be supervised at all times. Children that pose a risk to themselves or others will be asked to leave with their guardians.
Disruptive behavior, theft, or tampering with price tags will result in immediate removal and possible legal action.
All items are sold as-is, where-is. No warranties or guarantees are provided, either express or implied. Foxtail DOES NOT test items in advance. You are welcome to test items in a safe, respectful manner if it is possible before you purchase them.
All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please inspect your items thoroughly and test them if possible prior to purchasing them!
Prices are non-negotiable.
We accept cash or card for payment.
Sales tax will be collected as required by Minnesota law unless you provide a valid resale certificate (you must provide a copy of your ST3/Certificate of Exemption for us to keep on file for each calendar year). Clothing is not taxed in the state of Minnesota.
No early sales or holds.
Items may not be removed from the shop until they are paid in full.
Once an item is marked “sold” or paid for, the buyer is responsible for its removal.
Staff are not available to assist with heavy lifting or loading. Please bring your own help and packing materials.
All purchased furniture or large items must be removed one hour prior to the end of day on Sunday.
Any items not picked up by the deadline will be forfeited without refund.
Large items may be scheduled for pick-up later the same day or possibly the following day, if arrangements are made in advance.
By entering the property and/or purchasing items at our store, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner, and the sale organizers for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur on the premises.
Security cameras may be in use at the shop.
Photos and/or videos taken during the sale may be used for promotional purposes.

Well… we’re always joking about how we’re not exactly tech geniuses over here at The Fox Den, and this week we’ve officially proven it — we somehow managed to lose all of our preview photos. Poof. Gone. Consider this our good-natured apology and a promise that fresh photos will be uploaded first thing Saturday morning. Until then, it’s truly a surprise in store — and we mean that quite literally. You really won’t know what you’ll find this week (and honestly, neither will you until you walk through the door). What we can promise is a fully stocked shop filled with the usual fun, fabulous vintage finds, everyday essentials, tiny treasures, and those things you didn’t know you needed until they’re suddenly in your hands. Our showroom is packed with video games and consoles, fine gold and silver jewelry alongside fabulous costume pieces, designer bags, and patches and pins galore. And while we’re proving we can lose photos, we’re also starting something new — we’re officially accepting consignment items from our shoppers. If you’re ready to part with interesting, eclectic vintage pieces or even everyday items with personality, bring them in or bring us photos and we’ll have a chat about how consignment at The Fox Den works. Thanks for bearing with our technological misadventure this week — we promise the treasures are real, even if the photos temporarily aren’t. As always, we’ll have hot coffee and good conversation waiting for you.
