Payments accepted: Check, cash, wire transfer or credit card (CC only up to $5,000) will be accepted. Certified funds required over $5,000. Checks to be made out to Loon Estates.
Late Removals/Storage Fee's: Please acknowledge and abide by the removal dates/times. A $20 appointment fee will be charged for any appointments for payment/pickup outside the stated removal date. Payment is always required during the removal period. A $50 weekly storage fee will apply to any purchases not picked up on the stated removal date.

Winning bidders of large, heavy items such as furniture should bring help to remove their items during the scheduled pick-up time. Loon Estates employees are not required to help remove items.
You must bring your own packing materials! We are unable to provide boxes, bubble wrap, or cushioning to help transport your items. We do not offer in-house shipping at this time.
Loon Estates is located in Suite 235-a the middle section of the first floor of the 755 Prior building in St. Paul near the Yellow and Blue parking lots. Parking is available in any unreserved spaces in the Blue Lot, Yellow Lot, or either gravel lot across Prior Ave. For more information on parking and how to find us, visit LoonEstates.com.
