All lots are sold ?AS IS? and without recourse, and neither Loon Estates, nor its consignor(s) makes any warranties or representations, express or implied, with respect to such lots. All sales are final. Catalog images are considered part of the item description; please use all information provided to you to assess the value of items before bidding. DISCLOSURE: We do our best to provide accurate pictures and descriptions of items, however all items are sold strictly as is / where is - No Warranties; written, verbal, implied, or otherwise. No refunds, credits, or discounts are offered.

By placing a bid, the buyer confirms they have thoroughly reviewed the lot and have satisfied themselves entirely as to its condition, authenticity, attribution, and description.

Prospective buyers bear sole responsibility for conducting their own independent due diligence. Bidders are strongly advised to personally examine any property in which they are interested before the auction takes place. As a courtesy to prospective bidders unable to inspect property in person, Loon Estates may provide written condition reports and supplementary high-resolution imagery upon request. Any condition report provided is a subjective statement of opinion prepared to the best of our specialists? judgment; it should not be construed as comprehensive or definitive. The absence of a specific condition report, or the absence of references to damage, wear, restoration, or repairs within a description, does not imply that an item is in pristine condition or free from defects. Loon Estates assumes no liability for late requests that cannot be fulfilled prior to the start of the auction.

Payment
All sales are final. Loon Estates accepts all major credit cards, wire transfers, ACH transfers, cashier?s/banker?s checks, and cash (US currency only). Questions about your invoice? Please reach out directly to our parent company at payments@revereauctions.com

BUYERS PREMIUM: A 30% buyer's premium will be charged to the winning bidder of each lot. Sales tax applies to the buyer's premium amount.

Unpaid invoices will be charged to the credit card on file 72 hours after invoices are sent. If for any reason your invoice is unpaid 14 days after the auction, your order will be considered abandoned.

The purchaser?s obligation to pay the full purchase price is immediate, absolute, and unconditional, and is not subject to any defenses, setoffs, or counterclaims of any kind. Loon Estates is not required to release any lot to the purchaser until full payment has been received and title to the lot has passed.

All credit/debit payments (Visa, Discover, American Express or MasterCard) are subject to a 3.0% processing fee. Credit/debit card payments are not accepted on orders over $5,000. Credit/Debit Card payments for jewelry, gold, and sterling are not accepted. Cash payment (USD) not to exceed $10,000 in a single or multiple related payments in accordance with federal Anti-Money Laundering regulations.

The purchaser agrees to pay Loon Estates' handling charge of $50 for any check dishonored by the drawee. Please note that Loon Estates reserves the right to refuse to accept payment from a source other than the buyer of record.

Sales Tax
As the winning bidder, you are responsible for paying any applicable taxes on your purchase, including sales tax, use tax, or similar taxes. This applies to the hammer price, buyer's premium, and any other fees. If applicable sales tax is not collected by Loon Estates at the time of sale, the buyer remains individually responsible for remitting all applicable sales or use taxes directly to their local state tax authority
How is sales tax determined: Loon Estates will collect sales tax as required by law based on your shipping address on file at the time of registration for the auction.
Picking up property in person: If property is collected from our facility directly, then buyers will be responsible for paying the current aggregate state and local sales tax applicable to Minnesota and the City of Saint Paul.
Shipping property within the United States: Applicable taxes to your location apply. Orders are charged based on the current tax rate for each individual state.
Shipping property outside the United States: American taxes do not apply. Buyers are responsible for all import customs/duties. Please review the International Shipping section for more details.
Tax exemptions: If the purchaser qualifies for a sales tax exemption, documentation and/or proof of such eligibility will need to be provided directly to Loon Estates and/or the third-party platform used to bid in order to have the tax removed from the invoice.

SHIPPING POLICY: Loon Estates offers in-house shipping at the company's discretion.

Loon Estates offers in-house shipping on selected items as well as local pickup. We will make you aware of your order?s shipping qualifications within 48 hours after the auction has ended. All in-house shipping is done through Shipping Saint. In-house shipping can take up to 3-4 weeks from invoice payment. Any shipping inquiries can be sent to shipping@loonestates.com. All shipping invoices must be paid within 14 days or your order will be considered abandoned and become the property of Loon Estates.

In-House shipping qualifications: under 20? in any dimension, includes: Unframed artwork, framed artwork, jewelry, coins, and decorative objects, at the company's discretion. All furniture, oversized items, excessively fragile items, or items otherwise beyond our shipping capacity will be passed off to our third-party shipping partners. Proof of communication between the customer and the shippers is required to release lots for third-party shipment.

Local In-Person Pick Up is on the Thursday & Friday following the auction date. You must contact us to make other in-person arrangements.
LOON ESTATES STAFF IS NOT AVAILABLE TO HELP LOAD YOUR ITEMS INTO YOUR VEHICLE. PACKING SUPPLIES WILL NOT BE PROVIDED.

On in-house shipping orders, changes/requests to your shipping details post-sale must be made in writing. Buyers are required to email Loon Estates directly from the email address on the invoice/bidder registration form to be implemented to protect all parties involved. Shipping details will not be updated without this written record.

As a convenience to the Buyer, Loon Estates will make a referral for packing and shipping to third-party shipping vendors. Oversized lots are objects such as furniture, andirons, floor vases, sculptures, or any other item whose safe packing will exceed the limits of common carriers. The delivery of oversized, large, exceedingly heavy, or high-value objects is not an inexpensive proposition and we urge you to consider this before bidding.

The buyer must fill out the Shipping Release Form or connect directly with Loon Estates in order for their items to be released to a third-party shipper. This is to ensure that the won item(s) are given to the proper shipping company and reach their final destination safely.
Removal
Collection of purchased lots must be completed within 30 days (the ?Retrieval Period?) of the sale date reflected on the invoice. Property purchased from Loon Estates by a successful bidder will not be released to such bidder until the full payment of the total purchase price (including the buyer's premium and online bidding service fee, and all applicable sales taxes) has been made. The purchaser must remove all property from the auction premises at their expense.

Property still present at the Loon Estates? facility more than 60 days after the date of sale will be considered abandoned property. We reserve the right to cancel the sale, without refund, thus revoking ownership, and re-offer any abandoned property at our discretion.

Loon Estates reserves the right to charge storage fees for property left in their facility beyond the 30-day Retrieval Period. If the purchaser fails to retrieve their property within the allotted Retrieval Period, Loon Estates reserves the right to charge a minimum storage and handling fee starting at $20 per lot, per day. This storage fee will be required payment in order to release any lots after the Retrieval Period window. Purchasers are reminded that Loon Estates' liability for loss or damage to sold property shall cease no later than thirty (30) days after the date of the auction, and immediately upon removal from the Loon Estates? facility.

Cultural Patrimony, Repatriation & Withholding Policy
Revere Auctions and its affiliates, Loon Estates, is dedicated to the ethical stewardship and repatriation of Native American cultural patrimony, sacred items, and objects of religious significance through active consultation with tribal nations and governing authorities. In adherence to these standards, lots may be subject to review, temporary holds, or permanent withholding upon the request of the Association on American Indian Affairs (AIAA) or tribal representatives, which may result in the withdrawal of lots prior to the auction or the cancellation of completed sales.
