SALE DAYS: We will begin handing out numbers for entrance at 9:30am on THURSDAY
numbers will be given out beginning at 9:30am on FRIDAY. Numbers will be given out beginning at 8:30am on SATURDAY. Items will be discounted on Friday and Saturday. Some exclusions may apply.
SALE TERMS: No bags will be allowed into the sale.
ITEM CONDITION: Everything is sold as is and NO refunds so please check carefully. Most of the items we sell are used, antique, or vintage. It is YOUR responsibility to check items thoroughly for any defects before purchasing.
PAYMENT: Cash (preferred) and Credit accepted. No checks. Please double check your receipt before you leave. There are no refunds or adjustments.
LOADING: Bring help to lift, carry, and load your purchases. Buyers must bring their own moving crew for packing, loading and transportation of purchases. Buyers must arrange a time with Caring Transitions for pick-up if outside of sale hours. Property not picked-up will be considered abandoned and subject to no refund. Some items will be professionally moved to the main level for the buyer.
