Estate Sale

We appreciate your cooperation and ask that everyone respect the following guidelines:

All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.
All items are sold as-is, where-is. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing.
Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept cash and Venmo.
No holds. Items will be sold on a first come, first served basis.
Prices are firm unless otherwise marked or announced. Discounts, if any, will be offered at our discretion.
Buyers are responsible for moving and loading their purchases. Please bring appropriate help, tools, and a vehicle for large or heavy items. Assistance may be limited.
Large items must be removed by the agreed upon time unless other arrangements have been made.
Enter at your own risk. The property owners and sale organizers are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost or stolen items.
Please be respectful of the home, neighbors, and other shoppers.
Children are welcome but must remain supervised by an adult at all times.
Please do not block driveways, mailboxes, or neighboring properties when parking.
