INSPECTIONS: Preview and pick up located at 877 3rd St. SW Suite #3, New Brighton, MN 55112 . Bidders are responsible to preview on Monday, December 5th, 2016 from 12 pm - 5 pm to determine condition, quality, and all claims on all items.
REMOVAL: Bidders MUST pick up items on Thursday, December 8th, 2016 from 10am - 5 pm. Estate Clear does NOT accept checks. We accept cash or credit ONLY.
SHIPPING: If you cannot be here on closeout, and wish to have an item shipped, DO NOT BID until you contact us first. This seller will ship items to any location in the United States (unless otherwise specified) that meet 3 criteria.
#1) The entire lot/s weigh less than 65 LBS and fit into a large USPS priority box.
#2) Winner is able to receive USPS mail.
#3) Winner contacts us and pays in full the day of pickup to include a minimum $11.95 handling fee (Not to exceed $59.95), plus the cost of shipping and insurance.
Note: Winning Bidder is 100% responsible for all packages. Any damage to items during shipping is between the Winning Bidder and the Post Office. Insurance will be purchased at our discretion at the cost of the receiver, typically for total package value over $200. All shipping payments and quotes are dealt with between 6pm and 7pm on closeout day via phone.
