Saturday August 15th from 8am - 4pm

CASH, VENMO or PAYPAL Preferred, CREDIT / DEBIT CARDS accepted with $5 minimum purchase.

* We will be handing out our numbers 1/2 HOUR prior to the sale, given in the order the customers arrive at the door.
* We WILL allow the first 10 people inside the house, and as guests leave, more will be allowed in.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING HELP & TOOLS FOR MOVING LARGER ITEMS.
IF AN ITEM IS PLACED ON OUR _SOLD_ TABLE, SAID ITEMS ARE _SOLD_ -- IF WE HOLD, IT IS SOLD.

Stealing/price swapping will be reported to the police.
Please be respectful of the neighbors, and don't litter or leave cigarette butts on the ground.
NO Restroom are available at the sale. If used, you will be charged a $25 Cleaning Fee.
NO Food or drink allowed in the home.
NO Shoes on inside the home
NO bags allowed
