Lovely Lake Minnetonka moving sale packed with quality antiques and household.
Directions: From Shoreline Drive/15 go south on Interlachen and follow signs to the sale. Tuesdays discount: 40%.
Observe all parking signs. There is no parking on the estate sale street.
Space is limited, expect to wait to enter home. Dress warm.
Properly worn masks needed for entry to sale. Social distance.
All Valuables including Jewelry are removed from the sale nightly. This home is alarmed.
No food or drink allowed in the home, no exceptions.
Cash and Credit cards accepted: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
A 3% convenience fee will be added to all credit card/debit purchases.
All merchandise is sold "As is", "Where is" no refunds, returns. All sales are final.
Observe all parking signs. There is no parking on the estate sale street.
We provide tables for sold items; do not place items in bags or pockets until purchased.
Please respect the home and the property. Be courteous to those shopping around you.
Watch your surroundings; we are not responsible for accidents and injuries.
Not responsible for accidents or shoes at SHOES OFF sales. Bring your own booties if you need to.
Bids accepted for your bid amount of $100 and above. Young children must be supervised at all times.
We will attempt to answer questions regarding items, but we will not give out pricing. Texting is the best way to communicate with us regarding a specific item. We will do our best to respond as quickly as possible.
Large bags, large boxes, backpacks, strollers, and large purses will not be allowed into the sale, we provide shopping baskets and bags. Please plan accordingly.

Pre numbers are numbers handed out by the first person (customer) that arrives at the sale and are usually displayed on that persons car window. We exchange those pre numbers for our official numbers 30 minutes prior to the start of the sale, you must come to the door to exchange your pre number or you will loose your place in line for the start of the sale. We have no control over pre numbers. Observe all parking signs.
