Please be respectful of the neighbors, and don't litter or leave cigarette butts on the ground. There is a porta potty nearby if needed.
Please bring help to load heavy items. We are unable to assist.
Anyone caught stealing/price swapping will be reported to the police.
All sales are final.
No negotiations allowed the first 2 days.
