Terms and Conditions:

1. All Sales As Is - purchases you make are sold in whatever condition they are in.
2. All Sales FINAL - purchases you make cannot be returned.
3. Credit Card & Cash ONLY - No checks. Must have physical credit card in possession for sale. 3% processing fee on all credit card transactions.
4. NO purses or bags ALLOWED leave ALL bags in your vehicle. Entrance will NOT be permitted with bags.
5. No large or bulky jackets/clothing permitted.
6. Numbers will be given at entry if more than 50 buyers arrive at once.
7. Items are priced as marked, not negotiated. Ask if an item is not priced.
8. Delivery available in metro area ($75-250).
9. By entering the property you indemnify property owners/renters against any claims, damages, or liabilities (including attorney fees) as a result of an injury or other harm suffered by any person and stemming from the sale, whether arising before, during, or after the sale. Buyer/entrants agree to indemnify owners for any losses or damages. Buyers/entrants will not hold owners, affiliates, or its employees or contractors liable for accidents, injury, theft, or incidents related to this purchase.
10. Security will be present.
11. Children MUST be attended to at all times, if not you will be asked to leave the property.
12. NO public bathroom.
