Incredible opportunity to bid on a high end, custom designed kitchen suite with custom cabinetry by GK Millwork & Cabinetry and Big Chill appliances.  Due to an extensive remodel, this kitchen is being removed to make way for an even larger kitchen.  This kitchen is only 2 1/2 years old!  The home has only been used as a summer home and the kitchen and appliances are in amazing condition!  

Professional contractors will be removing the kitchen on 11/13 and will be bringing the cabinets and appliances to the garage.  With the removal of the kitchen every effort will be made to keep all components intact.  The removal of the countertops is questionable if it will be able to be removed in one piece and while it will be included if possible, there is no guarantee of the condition.  You are bidding on the kitchen cabinets and the appliances.  The kitchen sink and faucet is NOT INCLUDED.   ALL PIECES MUST BE TAKEN!
