We're honored to assist the Nyquist Family with their mom's estate.

Virgina was a strong. loving, talented and independent woman who lived in her home since she was four years old - that's 93 years! She had a lifelong love of knocking down walls and ripping out pipes. She was a Do-It-Yourself person and woodworking was a passion, building full-sized furniture and kitchen cabinets, as well as doll furniture - and you'll find many pieces at this sale.

She was an avid reader and you'll also find many great, old books here, as well as some wonderful ephemera, including a book full of local and regional vintage postcards.

You'll shop throughout the home in the upstairs bedrooms, the main floor and the basement. The furniture is classic Ethan Allen early American, but there are also some great old book cases and cabinets in the basement. And speaking of the basement, WOW! You'll love hunting for treasures down there - but watch your head...low ceilings. We'll have an EOV associate on hand to help you and to price many things on the spot for you.

In the back yard you'll find a potting station, a storage shed, a porch swing and other lawn and garden supplies and accessories.
