Seller and Grasons Co. are not liable for any damage and or injuries to persons and properties in the home or outside the home. Cash, credit/debit cards only no checks will be accepted. Customer is responsible for moving/hauling large item purchases such as furniture, appliances, etc.
A Sign Up sheet will be out by 8:30am. (leave your email for addresses early)
At 10:00am, the on site manager will allow people into the sale in order of their sign up.
No signing up for others.

Bundle up and get ready for a true treasure hunt! After a successful home sale last weekend, we are opening the "vaults"—the full garage and two additional storage buildings—for a massive final liquidation. This is the sale for the DIYers, gardeners, and tool enthusiasts.

Machinery & Shop Tools: Ryobi Band Saw, Craftsman 5" Bench Grinder, Shopmaster Scroll Saw, Sprunger Jointer, and a Tool Shop Miter Saw.

Note on the Weather: We will have heat in the garage, but since this is January in Minnesota and the big doors will be open for loading, please dress in your best winter layers!
