Numbers are given at 8:30 a.m. on the first day of the sale. We honor pre-numbers. We do not sell items after the sale's photos are on the web. We accept cash and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diner's Club. We do not accept checks.

This is a "shoes off" sale. We will furnish folding chairs and booties for customers who are unable to remove their shoes.

We work hard to authenticate the items we sell. However, as a buyer, you are responsible for validating the authenticity of the items
you purchase. Please bring help to move large items. Staff cannot help you move large pieces of furniture due to liability.

Staff cannot help with moving furniture. due to liability insurance and Worker's Compensation issues. Chrisalin is not responsible
for accidents. All purchases must be removed from the home before the sale concludes.

Please do not block driveways or mailboxes. DO NOT PARK in the home's driveway.

A retired couple decides to make their home in Arizona their year-round residence.  They are leaving a fully furnished large townhouse since they have most everything they need in Arizona.  This is also Part II of the antique dealer's estate.  We sold about half of her personal property in early September.  She still had another 25 large boxes.  This is new merchandise that was NOT at our previous sale.  I't's another two sales in one!
