Lee Ann Estate Sales - Winona

Saturday, October 16.  9:00 am – 1:00 pm.

 This is a ONE DAY ONLY SALE.

IT WILL BE $5.00 per box and

we have 100’s of boxes!

The reality is that you can come shop and

find some treasures and

great deals in each and every box.

We are sorting in the basement and

finding that the boxes haven’t been seen since the 1980s-

based on all the wrapping newspapers.

So, we have basement rooms filled floor to ceiling with boxes

that haven’t been seen in decades to

sort, clean and sell. 

We know that the final presentation for this house and

estate sale will be spectacular.

But frankly there is just so much stuff that in a normal setting,

these items in each $ 5 box would stand on its own but

because of the volume of items we are just going to

box up an assortment of treasures and sell it by the box.

No chips and any cracks or damaged items have been thrown out and

only first quality items are part of this sale.

That will then make enough room for the final sale presentation

in November.

So come and shop,

come and be overwhelmed,

come and take home

at least one box and

maybe a whole car full.

Boxed items will include:

DISHES,

knick-knacks and figurines,

Depression glass,

painted plates,

cups and mugs,

silverware and flatware,

stuff,

more stuff and

MORE STUFF. ​

We will use a number system for the sale,

but everything will be outside and under the tents and

on tables for your shopping ease.

So this should be a quick and easy way to shop and

discover something fun and funky.
