This will be a CASH ONLY sale. Sorry, but there will be no exceptions. If you are not prepared to handle a cash only situation, you will need to go to an ATM. We will hold items up to an hour if you need to go get cash. We have never taken credit/debit cards. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but are advising you up front of this cash only situation.
Hours are as follows...
- on Saturday , line numbers at 9am, doors open at 10am, close at 2pm
- on Sunday, doors open at 10am, close at 2pm
- on Monday, doors open at 10am, close at 2pm
Our pricing structure will be as follows...
Our first day, Saturday prices will be firm.
On our second day, Sunday prices will be 25% off
On our last day, Monday prices will be 50% off
You will have until 2pm Monday to pick up any large purchases made up until then.
Remember we are a cash only sale and that will strictly be adhered to with this sale.
This is a large villa and is full of beautiful newer furniture. The owner had elegant taste and this home is pet free/smoke free and very, very clean.
There will be no appliances available at this sale. We will, however, be selling a couple of beautiful dining room sets, great servers, a beautiful living room sofa and love seat combination and some wonderful side tables and accent pieces.
We will be featuring a grandfather clock and a couple of other really beautiful wall clocks.
This is a sale you won't want to miss. Beware . . . the sale dates are a little different than normal. Saturday, our first day, we will be firm. Sunday is our second day and we will be 25% off. Monday (very unusual) is our last day and will be our half off day. These are strange sale dates due to the fact that we have scheduled another sale over this same weekend and have staggered the date and times.
