We at 2 Pickin Chicks Estate Sales try to answer all emails and phone calls/text to all questions ~ except on pricing . No pre sales. Cash , debit & credit cards are accepted ( with id) , Please read the ad before calling us. Most questions are answered in the ad. We are not responsible for any accidents. By attending our sale you are relieving 2 Pickin Chicks Estate Sales and the homeowner of any responsibility of any accidents on the premises. We reserve the right to ask any customer(s) to leave the premises due to improper behavior. We reserve the right to update pricing prior to the opening of the sale. Please bring help to load large / heavy items. Line numbers will be handed out Thursday evening from 3-6pm and continue Friday at 12PM. One number per person. You must be present in the line when line numbers are handed out. All customers need a number. please be attentive to where your place is at in line by your arrival time. we do not recognize other line numbers.
Friday will be full price on all items. Saturday 25% off. Sunday we will be 1/2 off. We ask all customers to act politely to other customers as always. Reasonable bids will be accepted ~ Bids will be closed and the winning bidder will be called Saturday evening at closing. Bids are not accepted on Sunday since at this point all items are half price.
