Mr. Cecil Barger, Mrs. Janet Reeter’s late brother, was an advertising executive before locating in Arrow Rock in the early 1970s. These items represent several generations in the Barger and Reeter families. His Historic Georgian/Federal style Home was built by prominent businessman J.A. Aderton in 1839.
