Cash Only! All sales final! No Returns! Enter at your own risk, we or client are not responsible for accidents. Line numbers when we arrive about 45 minutes to hour before start. Do not block driveways or mailboxes on Saturday!

-We provide a bid box where you can place written bids on items if you don't want to pay what we have the item priced. On two day sales we will call you on Saturday night or Sunday morning to notify you if you are the high bidder. We expect you to purchase the item if you are the high bidder.You will be given the first hour of the last day of the sale to pay for the item. You may pick up the item then, or later in the day before we close.

-We don't pre-sale! You are assured to have first pick of items in the estate if you are there the first morning of the sale. We may offer to sell to everyone, a large item such as a piano, pool table, etc. before the sale date.

-We expect you to purchase the item if you pull a price tag, or carry around an item at the beginning of the sale. We prefer that you place the item at the pay station, (or give it to another worker to hold for you) and tell the clerk that you want the item. They will keep it for you until you are ready to leave.

-Children must be attended to at all times at our sales.

-Thieves will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law (after we get done with them) with no second chance!

-We have fun and enjoy meeting all of you at our sales and hope you have as much fun as we do.
