- The family must be out of house soon ! if you purchase furniture that requires pu coordination please have that info avail at time purchase
If a no show for pick at agreed time the family has right to cancell the purchase. review that with cashier at time of purchase.
- Examine your purchases carefully. All items are sold as is. No returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
- Please respect the neighbors driveways, do not park in driveway.
