This will be a CASH ONLY sale. Sorry, but there will be no exceptions. If you are not prepared to handle a cash only situation, you will need to go to an ATM. We will hold items up to an hour if you need to go get cash. We have never taken credit/debit cards. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but are advising you up front of this cash only situation.
Hours are as follows...
- on Friday, doors open at 9am, close at 1pm Line numbers will be given out at 8am.
- on Saturday, doors open at 9am, close at 1pm
- on Sunday, doors open at 9am, close at 1pm
You will have until 1pm Sunday to pick up any large purchases made up until then.
Pricing Structure:
Prices are marked and are firm on our first day, Friday
On Saturday, our second day, we will be 25% off of the marked prices
On our final day, Sunday, we will be half off.
Here is the story on why this villa became so packed. The very elderly lady that lived here moved to a retirement/assisted living apartment nearby several weeks ago. Her heirs hired us to empty out the villa after they moved a few of her things to her new facility. It was going to be a nice sale as she had beautiful stuff. However, I explained to the heirs that I needed a home for a couple of other apartment situations that did not allow sales, and since this huge villa had plenty of space, the heirs thought it was fine to move extra stuff in. However, as we were moving the stuff in and filling up this villa, the original owner passed away. So, we had to go back to her assisted living facility to move her original stuff back into this villa. Therefore, that is why this villa is so packed. She had wonderful things, and we brought in some great stuff. That is why we have such a wide variety of items in this house.
We have furniture of all types, lots of cat toys, costume jewelry, lots of kitchenware, and so many beautiful knick knacks, smalls and collectibles that are just too numerous to mention.
Take a ride out to the Clarkson and Manchester area and pick up some great bargains. As always, we will be firm on Friday, but we will be bundling on Saturday and Sunday along with our normal discounts of 25% off on Saturday and half off on Sunday.
