This is a huge estate sale with several collections with a variety of house wares and furniture!

Dollhouses:
A collection of four (4) completely finished handmade dollhouses. Each dollhouse is individually for sale and stand roughly 3’ x 3’ x 3’ in size, with six (6) to nine (9) rooms. Each room is meticulously furnished. Countless hours of labor went into completing these works of art. If you are a collector you will instantly appreciate the craftsmanship that went into each house. If this is your first dollhouse you may find a new hobby to fall in love with.

Furniture:
In the dining room you will find a 2 pedestal dining room table with four (4) side chairs and two (2) arm chairs. This set was made by Jessep Furniture and also comes with two (2) removable table leaves. The set contains a four (4) door matching Breakfront and a full size Buffet. There is a 6 ½‘ custom made, Louis XV couch with a down filled cushion. The upholstery is period matched and it is in perfect condition. There are also several area rugs, table lamps and light fixtures. There are two brown leather club chairs on casters. There is a beautifully upholstered ottoman, several bar stools and pub chairs. Finally there is a full size office desk that is white with an oak surface top.

Tools:
By the workbench, which is also for sale, is an antique, inlaid, wood working tool chest. This chest is over 150 years old, stands roughly 2’ x 3’ x 3’ and is completely full of antique, wood working, hand tools. Additionally, there are a number of other hand tools, a table saw with rollers, a router, a power lathe complete with carving tools, a power planer and many more.

Dishes:
This collection of dishes contains several hand painted collectors dishes, two sets of Delph blue china with various matching servers, a complete set of Christmas china, crystal stemware, and a various assortment of everyday dishes and stemware. The kitchen has various appliances including an ice cream maker, power can opener, cordless blender and several other appliances.

Fitness:
There is a four (4) station complete home gym manufactured by Image, model number IM-570. Additionally for sale is a Healthrider elliptical machine and two (2) Image treadmills. Finally is an Ab Lounge inversion trainer and a Stamina – Seated Inversion / Core Training System along with some free weights.

Miscellaneous:
There are a number of paintings, clay and porcelain pottery, figurines, and dishes throughout the house. There is an early 1900s plaster cast profile relief that is matted and framed. There is a cedar chest that is full size and perfect for storage of your sweaters or blankets. There is a large assortment of purses and costume jewelry, movies and board games.
