We look forward to seeing you! Line tickets will be given out at 8:00 AM.

All credit cards accepted as well as cash. No personal checks. ALL SALES ARE FINAL and AS IS. There are no returns or exchanges. We try our best to make sure that items pictured are available for our customers on sale day however the client may periodically decide to keep or pre-sell some pictured items at their discretion. We may pre-sell a few items prior to sale. Please contact us to confirm availability. In some cases we will provide pricing pre-sale. You are responsible for loading your purchases. No public restrooms are available. Children must remain with a parent. You break; you pay. Please pay attention to "No Parking" signs as we want to keep the streets safe for emergency vehicles if one were needed in the area.

PAYMENT: Cash or Credit. No Checks.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL: All items are sold as is-please inspect them to satisfy yourself before payment. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

LIABILITY DEFERMENT: Neither we nor the estate are liable for accidents, injury or loss of property of any kind. Visit this property at your own risk and please be careful. We may offer loading assistance but without liability for loss or damage to your purchases or vehicles.

The estate owner reserves the right to add/remove items to or from the sale at their own discretion.
