*******PLEASE READ****** This house is actually on a main road, so there's no parking. Across the street is an apartment complex with plenty of parking. It's easily within walking distance, however, the owner will be going back and forth in his P.T. Cruiser, as needed, to help anyone that can't or doesn't want to walk. Also..there's a Cleaners (closed on Sunday) on the corner within walking distance, so their parking lot is also usable but only on Sunday.

This is a very unique sale. There are several unusual neon signs, most from a Pawn Shop, 2 Commercial Dehumidifiers, Collection of Bronzes(nudes & remington), Nice furniture, many TVs incl. new 75", Stereo Equipment & speakers, a Gorgeous Armoire, a large conference table, appliances, tools, mid-century style storage cabinets, and tons more.

In addition, a friend of the owners filled the garage with...hundreds of dvds & cds, lots of toys including military & Classic Toy Soldiers Play Sets CTS, dozens of chess sets (new), 50+ new bowling balls in their boxes, a bowling ball washer, and much more. Still sorting and organizing!
