This will be a CASH ONLY sale. Sorry, but there will be no exceptions. If you are not prepared to handle a cash only situation, you will need to go to an ATM. We will hold items up to an hour if you need to go get cash. We have never taken credit/debit cards. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but are advising you up front of this cash only situation.

Hours are as follows...
- on Friday, doors open at 9am, close at 1pm Line numbers will be given out at 8am.
- on Saturday, doors open at 9am, close at 1pm
- on Sunday, doors open at 9am, close at 1pm

You will have until 1pm Sunday to pick up any large purchases made up until then.

Pricing Structure:
Prices are marked and are firm on our first day, Friday
On Saturday, our second day, we will be 25% off of the marked prices
On our final day, Sunday, we will be half off.

This house is quite full with a lot of great normal household items. The kitchen will have some great cookware including pots and pans, Corning Ware and lots of cooking utensils. There are some wonderful framed art pieces and posters. We will also be offering a couple hundred wonderful books including some great hardback books and coffee table books. There will be lots of miscellaneous women's clothing, linens, towels and a plethora of wellness products.

We will have a small amount of costume jewelry, wine stoppers and fishing lures. We will be offering several bottles of nice wine and a white KitchenAide Mixer. In addition to the hard back and paperback books, we also will be offering a nice selection of CD's, DVD's, VHS and albums. There will also be a nice supply of men's and women's coats and jackets. We will have a nice older side by side refrigerator and several storage totes.

Perhaps the most awesome piece in this house is the huge coffee table made out of a piece of redwood. This item will not be included in our discount structure. It will have a family reserve price of $2,000 on it. It was purchased in the 1970's when the family lived in California. If the family reserved price is not received, it will go to an auction house to be auctioned off. The $2.000 family reserve price is way under the appraised value of this piece.

WE WILL BE AUCTIONING OFF A 2010 TOYOTA CAMRY AT THIS SALE. The way this works is we will be collecting sealed bids during sale hours (9am to 1pm) on Friday and Saturday and until 10 am on Sunday. The sealed bids will be opened at 10am Sunday morning. The highest bidder will have until noon on Monday to pick up the vehicle and pay for the vehicle in cash. We have a clear, signed title. We will accept any bids over $875.00. The vehicle has 299,000 miles on it and the check engine light is on. However, it started right up when we went to set up the sale. Again, no bid under $875.00 will be accepted and we have a clear title. The first five photos in this listing shows this vehicle.

The staff of Al's is always ready to assist you in loading your purchases with anything you buy over this three day sale. You will have until 1pm Sunday to pick up purchases. Remember, we are firm on Friday with our pricing. On Saturday, we will be 25% off and on Sunday we will be half off. Everything is priced to sell in this house, so be prepared to bring home some real bargains from this sale.
