This is a great sale with some things in the home dating back to the 1800's. The owners have lived in this home for 38 years and we keep finding very unique item. He was a master plumber and after he retired he enjoyed woodworking, so this sale has all kinds of tools. She enjoyed buying antiques. Be sure to check the pictures the week of the sale, so you can see what we have added.
In the garage we found
Craftsman 10 inch Radial Saw, Craftsman 10 inch Direct Drive Band Saw, Craftsman 3/4 HP Bench Grinder (with light and shields), Craftsman Motorized Scroll Saw, Table mount Belt Sander, Duracraft Wood Lathe 12 inch swing 37 inch center-center, electric planer, plus several hand held electric tools, and hundreds of hand tools.
We have a several hundred newer books, mostly hardbacks in great condition.
