3 Day Sale. Cash is King. Credit and debit cards accepted except for paypal and any of their affiliates. $.75 charge for credit card use. No presales or previews other than pictures posted. Please note below opportunity to bid on lumber in workshop. Discounts will be posted at door. Park only on north side of driveway, parking available in front of barn. Signs will indicate parking. All purchases have to be removed no later than 3:00 on Saturday. Property is sold. This sale is being marketed locally and regionally.

Lumber in Workshop Only – Opportunity to bid on whole lot (no Piecing) Thursday Only 8:00 a.m.
Terms: Must have bid number (obtain at east end of barn at back)
Reserve must be met
8:00 a.m. walk through to view wood only
8:15 Bidding begins in order of bid numbers no silent bids.
