BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. If you bid $100.00, you will be charged $110.00 at checkout.
PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, local check (under $500) & cash. Vehicle assets must be paid using cash, certified check, or wire transfer (Credit Cards are not an acceptable payment method for vehicles). Payment must be made prior to picking any items up.
EXTEND ALL/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:07 PM on Tuesday, October 13th. The closing time of all lots will be automatically reset to 3 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any of the lot's closing time and will continue to do so until the timer runs out.
We utilize scheduled load-out by appointment. We will be sending out an email to all winning bidders with a link to sign up for an appointment after the auction is over.
LOAD OUT: Winning bidders may pick their items up at 16513 Cornerstone Drive; Belton, Missouri by appointment only during the published load-out times. Load Out will be held on Wednesday, October 14th from 1 pm to 5 pm and Thursday, October 15th from 9 am to 12 pm by scheduled appointment only. Any items left after the specified load-out dates will be considered forfeited unless alternate pickup or shipping arrangements are made. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own tools, labor, packing materials & moving equipment.
SHIPPING: Shipping costs are $12 for materials and handling plus the cost of shipping through USPS and/or UPS. These charges vary depending on the dimensions, weight, and insurance costs. Once the loadout is completed, we will begin packing your items to be shipped as soon as possible. You will receive shipping updates via text and email from ShippingSaint.com. The time it takes for us to get your items shipped varies from auction to auction depending on the number of buyers with shipping requests. Some items may be too fragile, oversized, or heavy to be shipped with us. These items will not be eligible for shipping through our services but arrangements can be made using other services such as cartage, courier, or other outside shipping options. WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Items part of a court-ordered sale are subject to court approval.

At the heart of this collection are the Japanese race replicas and lightweight sportbikes of the 1980s and 1990s machines created during an era when manufacturers translated lessons learned on the racetrack into motorcycles that enthusiasts could actually own.
Highlights include a rare 1986 Suzuki GSX-R750 Limited Edition, a remarkably low-mileage Honda NS400R in iconic Rothmans livery, Yamaha's sought-after TZR250 two-stroke, two first-year 1985 Suzuki GSX-R750s and a 1989 GSX-R1100 Slingshot.
The collection also includes two extraordinary examples from Bimota, the boutique Italian manufacturer famous for pairing sophisticated, hand-built chassis with proven Japanese powerplants: a low-mileage 1988 Bimota YB7 and the extremely limited-production Bimota SB5.
