Our Customers are the keys to our success, so our goal is to serve them well. With that said, the following are the basic guidelines we follow:
1. Items are tested to the best of our ability prior to each sale. If we are unsure of their working order, we will note that on the item tag on the date of sale.
2. Items are cleaned prior to sale dates as needed. (Caveats to this rule may include some garage / shop items), however buyers should understand that dependent on where items are stored, some odors or dust may remain, regardless of how well we prep for the sale.
3. Items are sold as they are, where they are. We will NOT have enough staff to help you move large items (or help carry items to your car). Please come prepared.
4. Bring your own bags / boxes. We do have some bags / boxes for your purchases, but will likely run out early. We do not typically provide bags or boxes for your items.
5. We accept Cash, VENMO and Credit/Debit Cards (a 3% fee will be charged for Credit Card Use). We will NOT accept checks.

We are honored to present to you the Treasured Love Living Estate Sale, honoring the forever love of Jo (and the late Wayne) Newman. We have a little of everything at this sale from Antique to Vintage, and Vintage to Modern. Just a short drive from Springfield, in Bolivar, Missouri you'll find this gorgeous home, nestled in the Cherry Blossom Hills Sub-Division. Beautiful quilts, Jo's love of top of the line kitchen gear, Very nice Living Room Sets, and more. There's a little bit of something for everyone. Out in the shop, there is evidence of Wayne's love of woodworking with a fantastic Rockwood Lathe, Nice Chisels and other woodworking and various tools. There is also a Golf Cart, and a Grasshopper Mower (723 series), just waiting to be put to work again. Trailers, Tillers, Chainsaws and all the stuff has been tested and priced for this sale. While the prices of a few items will be "firm", we do reduce our prices daily. The first Day (April 30th) is full price and we don't negotiate, the second day is 25% off, and the final day is 50% off with deals running all day (Except those items marked "FIRM").
