Queen City Estate Sales LLC (QCES) appreciates your business and looks forward to having you at our sale. The following terms and conditions apply:
• All items are sold as is without any guarantees or warranties. The buyer is responsible for conducting their own inspection of items prior to purchase and should rely solely upon their own due diligence and inspection. Please inspect items thoroughly before purchasing. No refunds, No returns, No exchanges.
• NO PUBLIC RESTROOM
• No presell items (Sorry, it just doesn't work for us at this time)
• Queen City Estate Sales is not responsible for Items placed on the hold table. While we try to make sure people don't "shop" or take items from the hold table we cannot police the table at all times. Therefore, place items on the hold table at your own risk.
• All sales are final.
• Please bring bags to carry your items.
• Please bring help to move and load your purchases.
• All large item purchases must be picked up by 11:00 am on Saturday. Items not picked up by this time will be considered abandoned. No refunds will be provided.
• Queen City Estate Sales LLC, neither its members or employees, nor their clients are responsible for any accidents or losses that occur. The buyer is responsible for any losses after the purchase is completed.
• We reserve the right to limit the number of customers allowed inside as needed to ensure safety and a comfortable estate sale experience.
• Some items may have reserved pricing and will be listed as such. No discounts will be applied to these items at any time during the sale.
• Wednesday: Full Price
• Thursday: Full Price
• Friday: 25% off listed price
• Saturday: 50% off listed price
• Saturday 11:00am till Noon: $5 Fill-a-Bag Sale
• Final purchases must be made by 11:00am Saturday. We will require everyone to step outside and once the house is empty, we will then allow everyone back in for the $5 Fill-a-Bag Sale from approximately 11:05am till Noon. Fill as many bags as you want for $5 each. (NOTE: We provide the bags. You may not use your own bags.) Items must fit completely in the bag provided by QCES. Items too big to fit in a bag will be discounted 75% during this time. Come see what the $5 Fill-a-Bag is all about!
• IF WE HAVE EMPTIED THE HOUSE (Sold everything) WE MIGHT CLOSE DOWN EARLY. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS AND COME EARLY.
• Payment options include cash, debit, and credit card - 3% charge on all cards (Credit or Debit or Bank.)
