*Prices not released prior to sale. Come to the sale and shop! That is the fun of it! We will also not have time to answer texts, emails, or phone calls during the sale.
*Come prepared! Bring your own boxes, bags, and packing materials. We do not supply them for you!!!
*There are no refunds or returns. Once an item is paid for and leaves the sale location.
*BE KIND to our staff and to other shoppers during the sale. In the end, IT IS JUST STUFF, and we promise you, there is always more stuff, and there will always be another sale. It is not worth being rude to anyone if you didn't get your item. #itappliestoyou NO MATTER WHO YOU ARE!
*We have the right to remove anyone from the sale who is rude or doesn't follow instructions or protocol, and we can also ban folks from our further sales or auctions. #itappliestoyou NO MATTER WHO YOU ARE!
*We will have a number system in place for times when the sale is busy to limit the number of people in the house at one time. This will also allow those who want to be first in not to have to stand and wait in line before the sale, and it allows us to let people in in an orderly fashion. We will arrive and start handing out numbers no later than 30 minutes before the sale opens, but we could start handing them out earlier.
*We reserve the right to limit the number of people in the sale home at one time.
*Bring your own boxes, bags, and help to load.
*No public restrooms are available on the premises.
