IMPORTANT INFORMATION- PLEASE READ
INFORMATION REGARDING GUN SALES- Anyone purchasing a firearm will need to show proof of Missouri residency-your ID will be photographed for OUR records.
If you are not a Missouri resident the gun will need to be transferred from a licensed Missouri dealer to a licensed dealer in your state. The fee for transfer is 40.00 plus the shipping cost and any cost charged by the receiving dealer. You will then be subject to any and all regulations in place by your state regarding the purchase. There are no exceptions to these guidelines regarding the sale of firearms!
WE DO NOT DISCOUNT GUNS
Door will open promptly at start time.
We do not close early!
No line numbers will be given out. First come, first serve. We reserve the right to limit the amount of people allowed in the house at one time.
All prices will be firm on Saturday. Price reductions will start on Sunday.
Bags, backpacks and large purses are not allowed. We provide bags for your purchases.
WE WILL PROSECUTE SHOPLIFTERS.
We will not tolerate price switching. If you are seen switching price tags you will be asked to leave.
Bring your own help and tools for all furniture and large purchases. We are not staffed to help move/load large items.
We never presell. Occasionally we will list a specialty item prior to and outside of the sale to help increase the possibility of selling such item. This information will be clearly stated in the ads.
We do everything possible to ensure that all items listed/pictured are available at the start of the sale however, sometimes the family will pull an item just prior. We will do our best to make corrections to the listing when this happens.
All items are sold as is. All sales are final. No returns are accepted.
We do not disclose pricing via phone, text, email, IM, fax, smoke signal or carrier pigeon. Please don't ask!
