We are the only Estate Sale company in SW MO that accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Local Bank Check, or Card (All types of Credit/debit cards accepted. If you use a Debit/Credit card, our company utilizes a Square Reader, and a buyer is charged a 3% fee. We will prosecute for bounced checks. A returned check fee of $50.00 will apply plus all attorney fees.
All items are SOLD AS-IS, with no returns or warranties, expressed or implied. All electronic items are not tested 100% every sale, so it is up to the buyer to test them out.
Large purchase items such as cars, guns, jewelry or coins, will be required to sell via a "bill of sale" method. This is to protect you as the buyer, the seller and us as the company.

PLEASE NOTE: We are able to show the guns early by APPT only and we WILL sell quns early for ASKING price ONLY. All guns will sell as a private party to private party with a bill of sale for both buyer/seller records. CASH ONLY on guns. No credit cards/debit cards will be ran or checks. So please, remember, we will SELL GUNS EARLY if a buyer gives the asking price. If you come on Saturday and see one is missing, it probably sold early.
