We are the only Estate Sale company in SW MO that accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Local Bank Check, or Card (All types of Credit/debit cards accepted. If you use a Debit/Credit card, our company utilizes a Square Reader, and a buyer is charged a 3% fee. We will prosecute for bounced checks. A returned check fee of $50.00 will apply plus all attorney fees.
All items are SOLD AS-IS, with no returns or warranties, expressed or implied. All electronic items are not tested 100% every sale, so it is up to the buyer to test them out.
Large purchase items such as cars, guns, jewelry or coins, will be required to sell via a "bill of sale" method. This is to protect you as the buyer, the seller and us as the company.

Mr and Mrs Rogers were well respected in the NE Oklahoma and SW MO Areas. Cindy worked for many years for the YMCA. George was a certified counselor and tirelessly helped many in the community. BOTH were extremely giving people and hosted their home, built like a bed/breakfast, to house anybody in need. Albert Meek was Cindy’s father, and he also lived onsite for many years, and we are liquidating his estate as well! Many primitives from early 1900’s!
All items are priced, and all will be SOLD…Court ordered to settle all estates. 4 Cars will be sold with CLEAN titles, bill of sales will be signed, and all documentation needed to register for title. Golf Cart and Go-Kart will be sold with bill of sales only. Austin Healey will be sold with ONLY a Missouri bill of sale (no title) This Is a fantastic estate sale, and the home, all 5000+ sf, are full to the brim PLUS the 2 car detached garage, and 2 car attached garage. Bring your boxes and bags, and help to move!

-2003 Toyota Matrix 4 Door Hatchback- 110,000 miles, fresh oil change, fresh air filter, all fluids topped off, keyless entry. Clear Oklahoma Title. Will need a windshield to pass Missouri Inspection. Excellent 1st Car for a student! Sold with Bill of Sale, Title and all documentation for titling. Rough Book value is $2500. OUR PRICE: $2400!
- 2003 Lincoln Town Car Signature Series: fresh oil change and fluids topped of, keyless entry, leather interior. Runs good! Will be sold with a clean Missouri Title, Bill of Sale and All documentation for titling. $2900
- 1996 Lincoln Town Car Executive Series, leather interior. Currently in Anti-Theft Mode- Will require new keys to be made, new ignition switch and car to be rekeyed to the new ignition.
