We take Cash, Checks, (checks only with proper ID), and Credit Cards. All sales are final.
Examine your purchases carefully, No returns or exchanges.

Numbers at 8:00 am on Saturday.
Only one Number per person & you must be present to receive a number.

Open at 9am- 4pm on Saturday Open at 9am- 4pm on Sunday.

No Pre-Sales or Pre-Pricing.
We do not remove or deliver furniture.
Please bring your own Muscle/Help to move furniture.

Not responsible for accidents or injuries.

Please do not park in Driveway. Driveway for pick-up Only.
The parking will be monitored by local police
Please Be Respectful of the Neighbors.
OBEY Parking Attendant.
Please Do Not Block any Mailboxes or Driveways.
Please keep tires off of lawns.

Estate owner has the right to add/remove items.
We will keep the listing updated as best as we can.
