Parking signs will be posted- Cars can not be parked in front of mail boxes. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF NEIGHBORS' LAWNS AND PATHWAYS.
Entry to the home through the garage. Numbers will be handed out to first 30 people starting @ 7am.
Cash and Checks accepted (Checks by known shoppers with photo id). Credit cards accepted with a 3% convenience fee.
Though some assistance will be onsite to load large items, extra help may be required by you. We do not furnish any supplies for transport.
Not responsible for accidents or injuries in and around the home and associated with removal, moving, loading or transporting.
No Parking in Driveway/Loading Area. Please follow Parking Signs and directions.
This is truly a Remodel - Moving Sale, and it is a REPEAT Sale. There was so much to sell at the first sale, we agreed to do one more run. Customers have been calling since wondering when we were going to do it again. Saturday July 6th is the day!!
Our goal is to move everything. Prices will be dirt cheap!! Things that were between $20 to $30 will be $1 - $5 this time.
