Living Room:  This is a view of the living room from the second floor.  Closer photos follow.Living Room:  The Italian made neutral color leather furniture by "“Due Linee Salotti" is individually priced.  The sofa is 87" long but the settee is 66" long.  Both have ATTACHED seat and back cushions.    An ottoman is to the left; and oversized chair is on the right.Living Room:  This glass top table is framed by a stone tabletop and supported by an iron frame.  A coordinating side table is nearby. It contains the self/storing table leaf which automatically folds up when the table is extended and folds down when not in use.Dining Room:  Here is one of the six teak dining chairs.  Notice the "wave" of the chair's back and  its sturdy frame.Dining Room:  The Danish Modern (Skovby) teak china cabinet has four slightly curved upper glass doors and four lower doors (the ends are also slightly curved). It is by a Russian artist and brought over from Russia in the 1990's. Office Area-Second Floor:  A large fruit print by artist Robert Ginder measures 50" wide x 37" tall. Bedroom #1-Upstairs-Closet:  Linens are hung and displayed.  Included are tablecloths, runners, and blankets.Bedroom #2-Upstairs:  An "oak" finish three-piece desk/bookcase unit can be configured in different ways.   The bookcases on the left and right each measure 24" wide x 16" deep x 60" tall, while the center desk with shelves and a pull-out keyboard measures 48" wide x 27" deep x 60" tall.  The items displayed, including a Russian encyclopedia set, are also for sale. Bedroom #2-Upstairs:  Need a three-ring binder?  There are plenty to choose from.Bedroom #3-Upstairs:  A 5-drawer chest (29" wide x 17" deep x 46" tall) is in great condition!  The prints on top are also for sale. Bedroom #3:  A queen size iron headboard is priced separately from the SERTA queen size mattress and navy comforter.Bedroom #3-Upstairs:  A vintage CREMONA (Czechoslovakia) box guitar appears to be in good condition.  Our client enjoyed it as a teenager in Russia.  The next photo shows the inside label.Bedroom #3-Upstairs:  Now you can see the label of the vintage CREMONA (Czechoslovakia) box guitar.Bedroom #3-Upstairs:  A large rug (4'  4"  x 6') is believed to be goat hair (not goat hide). The rug was brought over from Russia but the animal fur origin is unknown.Bedroom #3-Upstairs:  Two very interesting rugs appear to be goat hair (not goat hide).  Each one of these rugs measures 28" x 55."  A larger one was shown in the previous photo. The rugs were brought over from Russia but the animal fur origin is unknown.Lower Level: This Thomasville "Hills of Tuscany" display cabinet is actually two pieces.  It has two upper center glass doors which open to three glass shelves.  The back is a mirror.  There are two lower doors as well.  It measures 71" wide x 21" deep x 95" tall at the center point.  Cabinets are great to display books, liquor, silver, china and any of your collections.  (Note:  The lights in the cabinet go on and off by touching the interior hardware.)  Please note that large items like this can be removed upon purchase through the glass sliding doors and up the yard—-no need to carry it up the stairs.Lower Level:  This leather furniture is in remarkably great condition!
