-If ANY check purchase results in non-payment to my client, legal documentation will be filed with the Chesterfield Police and the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney for investigation; subsequent arrest warrants may be issued by the police of the host municipality.
-Please do NOT put tires on resident lawns

Description & Details

This is quite an eclectic sale!  Traditional furniture; a Danish Modern Teak dining room set; leather sofas and chairs; Danish Modern office furniture; office supplies; sports; electronics; books (many in Russian); decor; holiday; and a whole lot of tools (hand & electric and garden) are included. 

Under each photo you will see a description of the items, but below is a brief SUMMARY of what is available. 

Please note that ENTRY and EXIT will be at the garage.  The front door will be used when furniture is purchased and later removed.

Also, there are no numbers--just line up at the small garage door.

Closer photos follow.Living Room: The Italian made neutral color leather furniture by "“Due Linee Salotti" is individually priced. The sofa is 87" long but the settee is 66" long. Both have ATTACHED seat and back cushions. An ottoman is to the left; and oversized chair is on the right.Living Room: This glass top table is framed by a stone tabletop and supported by an iron frame. A coordinating side table is nearby. The greenery is also for sale. A closer photo of the rug follows.Living Room: The machine made Persian-style rug is in the "Isfahan" design. It measures 6' 6" x 9' 6."Living Room: This is the glass/stone/iron side table that matches the coffee table previously shown. They are separately priced. The table as shown measures 42-1/2" x 68" and includes one 32" self-storing leaf. The table can be 42-1/2" x 102." It contains the self/storing table leaf which automatically folds up when the table is extended and folds down when not in use.Dining Room: Here is one of the six teak dining chairs. Notice the "wave" of the chair's back and its sturdy frame.Dining Room: The Danish Modern (Skovby) teak china cabinet has four slightly curved upper glass doors and four lower doors (the ends are also slightly curved). It measures 80" wide x 19" deep x 76" tall. Rest assured that it is four separate pieces which make it easier to move upon purchase. The table/chairs and cabinet are priced as a set.Dining Room: A PAIR of large swan prints are framed in "ostrich" leather. Each one measures 28" wide x 42" tall.Foyer: A small Demilune table, faux greenery, and print are to the left of the hall closet. Note: the sofa table looks black in the photo but it is actually a deep cherry or mahogany wood color.Office Area-Second Floor: A four piece (made in Denmark) modular desk unit is priced separately from its coordinating three-drawer file cabinet. The desk pieces measure: from left to right 59" wide; curved at 64"; 59" wide; and curved at 47." Also shown is a light wood computer desk with two upper shelves and a pull-out keyboard. Nearby but now shown is also a light wood (Denmark) bookcase. Closer photos of the other items follow.Office Area-Upstairs: This is a high quality XEROX Phaser 6120 laser color printer. Office Area-Upstairs: A Brother ink jet printer also has Wi-Fi and faxes, scans, and copies. There are 27 separately priced ink cartridges in black, yellow, cyan, and magenta nearby.Office Area-Upstairs: This is an original piece of art which is above the computer desk, as shown in a previous photo. It is by a Russian artist and brought over from Russia in the 1990's. The next photo shows the artist's signature which is on the reverse side.
