This will be a CASH ONLY sale.

We have adequate help to assist you with your purchases, but please don't depend totally on our staff if you are buying heavy furniture.

This four day sale will have a unique pricing structure. We will be trying this method over the next few sales. We are excited to be presenting this new concept to you. Our first day, Sunday, prices will be firm. We will not negotiate. Then, on Monday, the entire house will be 25% off. We will be 50% off on Tuesday and on our last day, Wednesday, we will be 75% off.

This pricing structure will not only assist us in clearing out the house but, will give you, our buyer some great opportunities.

We will also be using line numbers on both Sunday and Monday. Line numbers will be given out at 8am on our first two days. When we open at 9am, we will allow people into the house in line number order.

Sale hours for all 4 days will be 9-4. This is a change from our previous sales.

THIS REVISION IS ADDRESSING SIGN ISSUES...

Even though we did our due diligence and researched and spoke with the City of Chesterfield officials regarding signage, the City of Chesterfield has now changed their mind on allowing us to have signs. Therefore, all of our signs have been removed.

The directions posted within this listing are very good and accurate. If you would like, please feel free to call Al for more directions - 314-277-1813.

This decision by the city of Chesterfield will cost us dearly. If you have not been here yet, remember we are 50% off on Tuesday and 75% off on Wednesday. The house is still full.

Another one of those much-anticipated sales that doesn’t come along very often. For you train buffs out there—the train books, accessories, and paraphernalia goes on forever. No model trains at this sale. For you glassware collectors, there are some wonderful old glass pieces that will blow your mind. For you camera and watch enthusiasts, you will not be disappointed either. And… I’ve never had a sale where we had one hundred glass insulators. That’s just a small example of some of the collectibles you will find at this great sale.

Dad was a sales executive the majority of his career with Hunter Engineering. The corporation moved him from New York to St. Louis in 1968. He brought much of his personal collectibles here at that time from New York. He has been in the same home since he moved here in 1968. Mom passed away quite some time ago and all of her belongings are still in the house.

Since mom’s passing, dad has had a significant other living with him for about 10 years until her passing a couple of years ago. Dad just passed away in April and we are conducting this sale on behalf of his two surviving children.

The two children have taken very little out of the house, and this large, spread out ranch home is jam-packed, as the photos show.

We are trying something unique with our next few sales, starting with this one.  Day one will be Sunday, which is unusual for us. As always, prices are firm the first day. As the sale progresses, we will be reducing the prices overall by 25% each day. Therefore, on Monday, we will be 25% off as soon as we open. Tuesday will be 50% off. And, as unbelievable as this sounds, we will be a full 75% off on Wednesday. We believe this pricing structure will give us a chance to empty out this house, but more importantly, will give you the opportunity to get some real bargains.

Hope to see you all on Sunday and throughout the week.
