All items purchased must be taken at time of purchase unless special arrangements are made. You accept full responsibility for safely loading your purchases. We do not provide straps, dollies, carts, manpower, or assistance of any kind. There will be no help available to disassemble, carry or load any items purchased. Buyer acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury and/or property damage caused by Buyer or their guests, and further agrees to hold Liquidators, Owners, its Officers, or Employees harmless for any personal injury to himself and/or his guests and any property damage incurred on auction premises.
