BLACK FRIDAY Incredible Home w/ Art & SO MANY Wonderful Pieces by Luby's Great Estate

We do not tell prices or measurements over the phone or email.

We do not sell early.

We prefer Cash. But we do also take credit cards and Venmo, however, these companies now charge a surcharge of 3% added on automatically to purchases.

We aim to please. You aim too, please. This just means, we are trying our best to put on a weekly event for you, the customer and we want everything to be easy and smooth. So please try to help this by being pleasant with your other customers, by parking with consideration of neighbors (because they can shut down any sale they may choose), and most important of all, have fun!

We have help usually to carry and load items. However, some items are just too heavy for our crew. You are welcome to hire a mover. We typically have an alternate pickup day. Tips are always appreciated for our hard working staff.

By entering the property grounds, and home itself, you relieve the owner and Luby's Great Estate of all Responsibility of damage to you and your vehicle. Please understand that you are responsible for each and every step you take, or item you touch. And some of these items or steps may hurt you.
