Directions: At Clayton Road and Village Green Pkwy. Make turn onto Village Green Pkwy driving 3 tenths of mile to Left onto Tramore Drive, to Right onto Moorgate Drive to condo. GPS or Mapquest from your current location for best personal directions. Watch for auction sign.
Payment Terms: CASH OR CREDIT CARD. CHECKS PAYMENTS ONLY WITH PRIOR APPROVAL FROM AUCTIONEER.
We are selling complete condo full of furniture, household, collectibles, and appliances. Pictures coming. Not a big sale but a good one. Definitely worth the drive.
