• Please bring Cash.  We accept, credit/debit cards, Credit/debit have 5% fee surcharge added. 
• Our check writing policy is “We will accept Checks for no less than $ 50.00 in merchandise with proper identification.” All transactions less than $50.00 must be cash, credit or debit.
•  Please bring your own moving crews.  If you purchase large items that require a crew to move please be ready to move items during the sale. Professional moving crews are preferred.  We are not equipped to handle all the moving of items.   
• All sales are final. No returns.  It is your responsibility to inspect all items prior to purchase.
• We want everybody to be safe and mindful of the neighbors and surrounding properties.  We will do all we can to accommodate everybody.   Thank you for your patronage.   See you there.
