**The process for looking at and/or purchasing a vehicle will be as follows:  It will be on a “first come” basis. We will pass a signup sheet at the entrance to the sale where a line has formed prior to opening.  We ask for your name & cell number. The first person has the option to look at and drive the vehicle with a CoMo Estate Sales representative.  If the potential buyer does not purchase, we will move to the next interested party and give them the same opportunity. Payment needs to occur immediately as we will not be able to “hold” any vehicle while payment is being arranged.  We will accept cash, a cashier’s check, or a credit/debit card as payment. A surcharge of 2.75% will be applied when using a card for payment. Once payment is verified, we will release the title to the vehicle.
